You’ve read books on your tablet. Your kids know what a book app is. But you’ve never seen anything quite like this!
Magic Town‘s stories are called Livebooks. With gentle, animated illustrations, the characters leap off the pages. Most importantly, you become involved in the action. There are four ways to read a Livebook:
Explore: A narrator reads the story, and stops at certain points to ask the child questions, similar to those a teacher or parent would ask. The child has to answer the question in order for the story to continue.
Read Together: A parent or child reads the story aloud.
Watch: The child listens to a narrator and the story plays like a movie.
Play: The child listens to a narrator, and then clicks on flashing, interactive spot to “turn” the page, or make the story continue.
